Whole Home Remodel in Jefferson Park Avenue neighborhood

This project involved a 100% gut renovation to restore this historic home to its former glory. At the start of the project the floors were out of level by 9 inches in the core of the building! 
The project therefore started with major structural work to level the building through all 3 floors.

  • New plumbing

  • HVAC installation

  • Plaster work

  • Drywall

  • Original wooden floors were renovated

  • Painting throughout the house
